Made from Irish ash, this long/medium sized board has been sustainably sourced in Kilkenny, cut to size, planed, flattened and sanded in multiple stages before being finished with a good, long soak in food safe mineral oil. It’s easy to maintain and re-oil at home (I’d recommend coconut oil) if it begins to look dry from use.

Chop up your veg on it, slice that homemade sourdough or use it as a runner or trivet at the dinner table!
